The cottage can be booked for a maximum of 4 people. Prices are based on rental for 2 people.
Starting from August 2024, the minimum legal rental period for medium-term rentals in Spain is 11 days.
Prices for stays longer than 3 weeks are available upon request. Please check the calendar for availability.

Additional charges and terms:

• Check-in is available any day of the week.
• There is a surcharge of €25 per person per day for bookings with 3 or more persons.
• The minimum age requirement to rent the cottage is 25 years.
• The cottage is not suitable for families with young children.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house or on the terraces.

 

Included in the price:

• Water
• Internet/ Wi-Fi
• TV (Chromecast / NLZIET / YouTube channel / Netflix via your own account login)
• Starter set: Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid

 

Additional costs:

• Bed, bath and kitchen linen & final cleaning: €150
• Electricity based on actual consumption at €0.40 per kWh will be deducted from the paid security deposit.
• Wood pellets for the pellet stoves in the living room and the kitchen-living area must be refilled before check-out. Price per bag: approx. €6.50.

 

Security deposit:

• €450 per stay, to be paid in advance.
• For rental periods of 4 weeks or longer, the deposit is €650.
